Determining some physical and chemical features on lower Zab river and wells water in the Zab township

The current study was conducted on the water of Zab river in township Hawija district / Kirkuk governorate Iraq, through which some physical and chemical factors river's wells were studied. research began from August 2019 to January 2020, six sites River included measurement (electrical conductivity total soluble salts or electrical TDS). And well (Calcium, magnesium, sodium potassium ions). heavy metals (cadmium, lead, copper, cobalt).
 results showed that values ​​of (312-518) microsemns cm for (741-8542) wells, while dissolved ranged between (194-336) mg L (253- 293.3 (mg studied calcium ions recorded (36-52) (51.1-481.3) wells. As Magnesium Ions, it (15-24) ( 26.6-480.5) Sodium ​​ranging (8-19) (14.3-294.3) water, (1.4-3) (9.5-155) cobalt copper) both very low did not exceed 0.1 ppm.
